Our idea:
We would like to make a service which makes it easy to schedule and hold a one-to-one video call with a veterinarian.

The service can be used in a preliminary way to find out if it is necessary for the veterinarian to travel to you, or for you to travel to the veterinarian. 

Many cases can possibly be answered and solved simply through a video call similar to Skype, where the veterinarian can ask questions and instruct you in what to look for. 

If you or the veterinarian is busy the service will also support uploading video and images one has taken of the animal, and easily send them to the veterinarian.

If the veterinarian sees that they are unable to confidently provide sufficient help, an in-person appointment can be booked.
